Pastor Arthur C. Mitchell is the Associate Pastor of Liberty Grace Community Church (LGCC). Evangelist Mitchell received his call to the ministry in 4 December 2019. He served previously as a Deacon at Redeeming Grace Christian Church, San Antonio TX. From: 15 June 2011 to 4 December 2019.

Pastor Mitchell obtained his  Masters (MED), Elementary Education, Wayland Baptist University, Plainview TX, 2005,  MBA, Business Administration, Wayland Baptist University, Plainview TX, 1997, Bachelor Of Science In Occupational Education, (BOSOE) Business Administration, Wayland Baptist University, Plainview TX, 1995, and Associate of Applied Science (Aerospace Ground Equipment) 1995. 

Paster Mitchell resides in Bexar County, TX. With his wife of 27 years, Marilyn L. Mitchell. They have a blended family of five grown children and twelve grandchildren and 1 great-grandson. Evangelist Mitchell served in the United States Air Force for 22 years retired in 1997 and has retired from Civil Service 31 January 2023 after 25 years of service to the Federal Government.  Evangelist Mitchell enjoys fishing, playing board games especially chess. Evangelist Mitchell Loves reading, and listening to jazz, and old school music.
